Love is in the air at the Pasadena Chalk Festival

Day one of the Pasadena Chalk Festival has been a success! The murals are underway and — people are getting engaged?? Jamie Leake popped the question to Sarah Burch via chalk mural and she said yes! Jamie is a long time artist and volunteer for Light Bringer Project.
