Arroyo Trails Project

Here are some pictures of a gate installed as part of the Arroyo Trails Project, sponsored by the City of Pasadena Parks and Forestry Division. The initiative restored five trails leading into the Central Arroyo Seco. Light Bringer Project convened students from public and private high schools who collaborated to make recommendations for public art in the form of benches, fences, and creative signage. Our student team researched the history of the natural parkland, conducted community outreach and recommended design elements which were incorporated into the end result!
